About

Untapped isn't just a name. It's a belief. A belief that the healing, resilience, and potential you need is already inside you. You're already holding it. Sometimes we just need someone to help us see it, name it, and access it. That's what we're here to do.

Meet Tiffany

The therapist behind
Untapped Therapy.

Hey there, I'm Tiffany. I'm so glad you're here. I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist is an important decision. If you're taking the time to learn more about me, I hope this gives you a sense of not just what I do, but why I do it.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people are capable of change. I've seen individuals and couples move through grief, heal from painful experiences, strengthen relationships, discover parts of themselves they thought were lost, and create meaningful change in their lives. Those moments continue to remind me why I do this work.

That's why I created Untapped Therapy. I believe every person has untapped resilience, wisdom, and capacity for growth. Together, we'll make sense of your story, reconnect with your strengths, and build the capacity to move toward a life that feels more intentional, connected, and fulfilling. Whether you're navigating a painful season or simply sensing there's more for you than the life you're currently living, I'm honored to walk alongside you.

Experience

My work has taken me across a variety of clinical, educational, and community settings, including private practice, outpatient clinics, emergency departments, and faith communities. Along the way, I've worked with individuals and couples, taught graduate students, trained clergy, supervised clinicians, facilitated professional development workshops, and partnered with organizations to support mental health and restorative practices. Each experience has deepened my commitment to meeting people with curiosity, compassion, and context.

Education

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Oral Roberts University and my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University. I later completed a two-year, post master's Graduate Certificate in Couple and Family Therapy at Adler University.

My Approach

Therapy that honors
the whole person.

My work is holistic by design. I pull from narrative therapy, CBT, and DBT, but I'm not rigid about it. Every person needs something a little different, and I pay attention to what's actually working for you.

I ask a lot of questions that might surprise you: How are you sleeping? What are you eating? When did you last move your body? Who do you call when things get hard?

Together, we look at your thoughts, your patterns, your body, your relationships, and your sense of purpose.

Context matters deeply to me. Your culture, your community, your faith, your history. These aren't separate from your mental health. They're woven into it. Faith has a place here, if it has a place in your life. My work is to help you see the whole picture, make meaning of it, and move forward with intention.

01Narrative Therapy

You are not a diagnosis.

We separate who you are from the problems you're facing, and explore how your story has shaped, and can reshape your life.

02CBT

Thoughts shape everything.

We identify the patterns of thinking that keep you stuck, and build practical tools to shift them.

03DBT

Feel it. Don't be ruled by it.

Dialectical skills help you regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and show up more fully in your relationships and your life.
